National Wool Museum - Geelong

We are now at our housesit @ Drysdale on Bellarine peninsula, been here for a few days & trying out local transport. Takes about 20 minutes (2 buses) to get into Geelong

Carpet loom.  The loom still works & you can order specially made designed carpets


We spent couple hours wandering around the museum & reading about the history of wool growing in this district
 


This guy is made up of thousands of paper carnations
