Long Paddock Sculptures in Hay

In 2009 seven large scale sculptures were placed along the Long Paddock touring route So far we have seen three



A drive along the river to Bushy Bend this morning & we discovered another 3 sculptures


"Cobb Wheels" representing the Cobb & Co coaches that once travelled along the dusty roads in this region
 


"Murrumbidgee Landscape"
 
 
 


"Lang's Crossing"  the township of Hay began as Lang's Crossing, a crossing - place on the Murrumbidgee river for stock being driven south to markets in Victoria during the gold-rushes of the 1850's
