Geelong Waterfront Bollard Trail

Geelong is a thriving centre with a populaon of 250,000. The waterfront has had a big restoration work done & is now a wonderful place to visit, especially on a lovely sunny day

Geelong Post Office & Telegraph station  built 1890 has an elegantly proportioned tower enhanced with classically derived ornamentation & clock installed 1911. It also has a time ball that relayed time to citizens & shipmasters by releasing the ball @ 1pm daily

North North consists of seven randomly placed cement object resembling sails or fins. No two fins are positioned on the same plane, & by moving within & around the sculpture the profiles change quite dramatically
